To receive your Warren County Library Card, you must present a valid form of identification and complete a registration form at one of our library locations. You can also start the registration process by applying online- click on Apply for a Library Card button.

Yes, you can renew materials by phone, online, or in person at one of our library locations. To renew materials online, go to My Account in the catalog. Enter the barcode on the back of your library card and your PIN number. A list of your checked out items is displayed. Click on the Renew button next to the items you want to renew. All circulating materials, except shelf copy DVDS, may be renewed for 2 additional periods if they are not on reserve.
Yes. Books, audio books, and music CDs are delivered to Warren County residents who because of significant impaired mobility are unable to leave their home for a visit to the library. To see if you are eligible, please call the Library Outreach Services' Department at 908-475-6246.
