Visit the beautifully renovated Catherine Dickson Hofman Branch in Blairstown! As a designated Appalachian Trail Community, the area’s rolling hills, valleys, and forests are incorporated throughout the interior, from the custom wall coverings depicting the landscape, wood circulation desk and striking exposed wood beams, to the sloping roof in the lobby, young adult and children’s areas. With a significant expansion, we are able to offer even more books, movies, games, and communal space.

Children are invited to explore and discover through hands-on learning with our STEAM cart, literacy gaming computers, and curated collection of books and more. The new teens area has plenty of hang out space for the afterschool crowds. There are tables and comfy seats throughout the building for the adults. For small groups looking to meet, we offer two Small Group Rooms that can be reserved.
