If so, then join our Teen Library Club (TLC)!
Fill out the registration form and have a parent complete the parental permission form. Print the forms and then return them to the library.

About TLC
TLC, which stands for Teen Library Club, is the new teen group at the Franklin Branch Library. TLC is for kids 13–18. Our goal is to help make the library an exciting place to be. We plan fun programs for teens, discuss books and movies, and publish a quarterly newsletter. We also help out at other events such as the Friends’ of the Library book sale.
TLC Meetings
The Teen Library Club meets monthly on the fourth Monday of the month at 3:30 in the Franklin Branch teen area. Meetings usually last about an hour.
