Administrative Services Team
The Administrative Services Team is situated at Warren County Library Headquarters and consists of the Library Director, the Administrative Secretary, a Principal Account Clerk and a Principal Library Assistant. The Library Director is responsible for the management of the library system, including, but not limited to, the expenditure of funds, establishing internal policies and procedures, library planning and development, personnel administration, collection development, and the discharge of duties imposed upon him by law or by the Library Commission. The Administrative Secretary serves as personal secretary to the Library Director and provides secretarial services to the Warren County Library Commission as well. She also provides coordination between the Library Director, Library Commission, Library staff members and other County and State agencies. The Administrative Team handles all of the Library's financial transactions and is responsible for the accounting of income from numerous sources, both at Headquarters and all three library branches; and also for the preparation of requisitions and vouchers for payment. This Team is further responsible for processing all personnel forms for new hires and resignations, preparation of statistical reports for the County involving hours worked by part-time staff, daily record keeping of all employee leave used as well as a biweekly computerized report to the County and biweekly payroll preparation.
